... and many, many more
Auto Insurance:
Auto insurance protects you against financial loss if you have an accident. It is a contract between you and the insurance company in which you agree to pay the premium and the insurance company agrees to pay your losses.
Although vehicle insurance comes in an overwhelming variety of coverage and companies, we can save you the confusion by custom building an auto insurance package to suit your specific needs and budget. We can protect your investment against accident, theft, vandalism and many other potential problems.
Home Insurance:
Homeowner policies do not typically cover damage caused by floods, earthquakes or poor maintenance. Maintenance issues can be prevented by such simple things as watering your foundation in the summer to prevent cracking, trimming back tree limbs and vegetation that might damage roof tiles or permit entry into the structure by wood destroying insects and other types of vermin, and by careful inspection of your home’s exterior once a month.
Business Insurance:
Business liability insurance protects your business in the event of a lawsuit for personal injury or property damages. It usually covers the damages from a lawsuit along with the legal costs and protects both your business and personal life from financial ruin.
Life Insurance:
An important part of a sound financial plan, life insurance provides a valuable death benefit to your beneficiaries upon your death. Your beneficiaries can then use this money to replace some of the income you would have earned or to help pay off debts or other expenses.
The two types of life insurance are term and permanent. The one that's right for you depends on many factors, including your budget, the amount of coverage you need, and the length of time you'd like the coverage to last.
Flood Insurance:
Most flood insurance is written through the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), which is administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). There is a 30-day waiting period before coverage goes into effect after an NFIP policy is purchased. However, there is an exception to the 30-day waiting period when a new policy is initially purchased in connection with a loan. In that case, the policy becomes effective at the time of the loan closing.
Health Insurance:
Health care costs are high and getting higher. Who will pay your bills if you have a serious accident or a major illness? With health insurance, you protect yourself and your family in case you need medical care that has the potential to be very expensive.
There are several different types of individual health insurance and you should know the differences and coverage limitations before making any purchase decision. Policies can differ widely in coverage and cost.
Umbrella:
Suits against individuals are becoming commonplace, and large verdicts could have a substantial impact on you, your family and the lifestyle you enjoy. Although your auto, home or business policy will usually provide coverage for defense costs and claims or judgments up to a specific limit, these limits may be exceeded by a lawsuit specifically if bodily injury is involved. An umbrella policy covers this exposure in excess of your primary policy limits and typically is not very expensive for most insured’s.
